Integration Team Lead

Paragon is a fast-growing Cyber intelligence company, that is rapidly establishing itself as a key player in the industry. We are a young innovative company with a cutting-edge product based in Tel Aviv.

We are looking for Deployment Team Lead to manage our amazing team. As part of the role, you will be a member of the Operations group, Working closely with both R&D teams and Technical Support teams.

• Establishing the team as an independent team and developing workflows within and with other departments.
• Guide, mentor, and enable personal development for team members to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team that delivers at high standards.
• Collaborate closely with Operation Management teams and R&D.
• Guide the team to prioritize and Perform operations when needed to resolve complex incidents with Technical Customer Support teams as soon as possible.
• Guide the team to Monitor clients’ systems by using the most advanced technology in the industry.
• Lead processes of Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the company's product at multiple locations worldwide
• Reviewing and constantly improving the company infrastructure and deployment implementations of various technological solutions
• Ensure that all the customer aspects and requirements that were designed and approved are implemented by the team.
• Ability to travel abroad 20%

• 3+ Experience in a Team Lead Position
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a SRE/DevOps/Deployment / Integration Engineer
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Deep understanding of networks and various protocols
• Experience working with Linux OS
• Fluent English – both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure
• Delivery-oriented with a proactive attitude
