We are looking for a skilled and motivated Payroll Specialist a to join our finance team and focus managing Payroll and any related transactions and reporting which requires application of strong technical and organizational skills, reliability, and deep knowledge of Israel payroll
What will you be doing?
- Overall accountability on all accounting related items of the department
- Ownership of the monthly closing process and preparation of the consolidated financial statements, revenues, and relevant working papers
- Ownership of subsidiaries annual tax returns and other statutory reporting requirements globally
- Work with the Company's external auditors/advisors on audit, accounting, and other matters.
- Manage subsidiaries ongoing compliance and tax
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecasting
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Lead efficiency and automation of financial processes and systems
- Support global expansion and implement procedures in accordance with company standards
- Proactively interact with internal business units and lead cross company initiatives
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
- CPA with prior experience in one of the big 4 accounting firms, high-tech industry
- Out of office experience- experience working for a global SaaS company - big advantage
- Hands-on accounting experience, including US GAAP knowledge ASC 606
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Experienced with Priority ERP software- big advantage
- Experience working with Salesforce- big advantage
- Experience working with NetSuite systems- big advantage
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Fast learner
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proactive approach, follow tasks through to completion, meet commitments
- Great communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
