Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored for B2C audiences, with a primary focus on optimizing attribution models and improving analytics frameworks.
  • Own attribution analysis end-to-end: Establish, monitor, and refine attribution methodologies to accurately measure marketing effectiveness across channels (paid, organic, referral, etc.).
  • Analyze and optimize the user journey: Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, identify conversion bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams: Ensure seamless integration of analytics tools and attribution solutions to enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Define key metrics and reporting systems: Build dashboards and reporting tools that clearly communicate marketing performance and attribution insights.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously research and implement the latest techniques in attribution modeling, multi-touch attribution, and data-driven marketing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics and attribution within B2C web and mobile environments.
  • Expertise with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) and attribution methodologies (last-click, multi-touch, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing marketing performance through advanced analytics.
