Role Overview: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the owner of your recruitment process, leading it from end to end. This hands-on role requires you to build and implement recruiting strategies from the ground up, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our ambitious growth targets. You will work independently to source, recruit, keep track and hire exceptional candidates across various functions, playing a key role in shaping the future of our company.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment process, from strategy, job posting, head-hunting, funnel management, interviewing and hiring.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to hire top-talent candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Build an outstanding hiring process for candidates and be obsessed with every detail in our candidate's journey (including response time, tracking, emails, home tasks, job offer, and feedback).
- Process Improvement: Build and refine recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels and work with freelance sources as needed to hit our goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and create job descriptions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in a hands-on talent acquisition role, in a hyper-growth or fast-paced global start-up.
- English: Native or near-native fluency—Must.
- German Market: Experience Hiring in the German Market - Advantage!
- Tech Startup at Scale: Experience recruiting in a tech start-up or company at a large scale.
- Learner: High energy, low ego professional - Aspire to improve every day.
- Ownership: Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the recruitment process.
- Hands-on: No matter how experienced you are, always remain Hands-on in the recruiting process.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Adaptability: Quickly adapt to a changing environment, take extreme ownership, and be independent.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience as the single recruitment owner in a startup environment—a significant advantage!
