UX Designer

As a UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in creating exceptional user experiences for our native products, helping to ensure they are not only intuitive and enjoyable to use, but also deeply resonate with the needs of our users. Your work will inspire seamless navigation and reliability, making a real impact on how people engage with our platform.

As a key player in the Product Design Team, you’ll design user-friendly solutions that cater to both mobile and web platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wireframing: Develop low-fidelity wireframes to outline user flows, concentrating on mobile-first design while ensuring adaptability to web platforms. Your wireframes will guide the product’s structure, navigation, and interaction patterns. 
• Interaction Design: Defining how users interact with a product. This includes designing workflows, prototypes, and interactions to ensure a seamless user experience. 
• Competitor Research: Analyze competitors’ products to understand market trends, user expectations, and common design patterns. Leverage this research to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements that align with business goals.
• User Research: Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing across both mobile and web platforms. Gather insights on user behavior, needs, and pain points, which will inform your design approach.
• User Testing: Lead usability testing for both native apps and web apps, using Figma prototypes or live products. Gather feedback and iterate on designs to continuously improve user satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (e.g., Interaction, Graphic, Visual Communication, Industrial), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Include a portfolio, website, or relevant link to your work in your resume (please provide a viewable link or access instructions). - must.
• 3 years of experience in Product Design or UX design.
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a focus on mobile-first design for both native apps (iOS/Android) and a web app.
• Expertise with Figma prototypes - must.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to turn complex challenges into simple, user-friendly solutions.
• Bonus: ideally within the FinTech space.
