Description
Growthspace is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing strategies aimed at driving user growth, engagement, and product utilization. Your focus will be on understanding market needs, positioning our products effectively, and creating compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and drive the success of our products in the market.
Responsibilities:
Funnel Optimization: Design and implement strategies to optimize the marketing funnel, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring a seamless user journey.
User Growth Initiatives: Drive user acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, content marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including target audience identification, channel strategy, and promotional tactics.
Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams: Work closely with sales and product teams to develop sales enablement tools, such as pitch decks, product demos, and case studies.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Customer Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement and growth.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in product marketing for SaaS or technology products, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing marketing funnels to drive user acquisition and conversion
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth, with demonstrated success in developing and executing user growth strategies and initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and present ideas effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
Advantages:

Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA
