We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing department with a focus on research and competitive analysis. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will play a key role in conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and delivering actionable insights. Your work will directly shape accessiBe’s go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and product messaging, helping solidify our position as a thought leader in web accessibility.

What you will be doing:
- Conduct comprehensive industry, market, and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, including customer feedback, Salesforce reports, and tools like, Tableau, Mixpanel, GA4 and Gong.
- Identify and profile key personas for accessiBe’s products and services through research, interviews, and surveys.
- Lead competitive benchmarking and deliver actionable insights to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Support feature/product launches with research-driven messaging and competitive analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and training content.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop sales collateral and training materials for sales teams, including building sales and marketing collaterals.
- Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a PMM (preferably B2B SaaS experience) - A Must!
- Proven expertise in market and competitive research, including designing and conducting surveys, facilitating customer interviews, and managing data analysis.
- Strong ability to turn research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Advanced skills in crafting persona profiles, market reports, and competitive intelligence briefs.
- Skilled in creating and refining product positioning and messaging that highlights differentiation and value.
- Experience working with Gartner analysts and or research firms to derive industry insights.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel), including advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data
