Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Employer Brand Lead to drive our global employer branding efforts and position Cellebrite as an employer of choice. This role requires a someone who can build strategy and execute it effectively. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and Business Leaders to create compelling employer brand presence to attract top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a global employer brand strategy aligned with company goals, using insights from talent market trends, EVP, and business needs 
  • Content & Campaigns: Create engaging content (videos, blog posts, social media, career site updates) showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities. 
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition to ensure a unified brand message across internal and external channels. 
  • Collaboration & Synergy: Integrating employer branding into recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives to increase our talent pool. 
  • Social Media & Digital Presence: Manage employer branding efforts on platforms to reach and engage top talent effectively. 
  • Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and optimize the impact of employer brand initiatives using relevant KPIs (e.g., engagement, application rates, employer brand sentiment). 
  • Events & Outreach: Lead employer branding efforts at career fairs, university partnerships, and industry events to strengthen our talent pipeline. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Employer Branding or Brand Marketing. 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment. 
  • Strong project management skills—able to balance multiple initiatives while delivering high-quality results. 
  • Hands-on mindset with a proactive, can-do approach. 
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights. 
  • Proficiency in social media management, digital marketing, and employer branding tools. 
  • Experience working with Marketing, Communications, and Talent Acquisition teams to align messaging and strategy.
