EasySend is a low-code platform provider for organizations to build SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including web-based data collection experiences, document creation and management, and eSignature solutions.
As the Head of Growth at EasySend, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that attract new customers and enhance engagement with existing ones.
This role will be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of demand while fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive growth strategies aligning with EasySend’s business goals. This includes identifying target markets, customer segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Demand Generation: Design and execute demand generation campaigns across various channels, leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Sales Outreach & Channel Development: Work with cross-functional teams to close deals and scale channel partnerships that align with EasySend’s offerings.
- Data & Analytics Optimization: Improve data tracking and analytics within the marketing department, delivering actionable insights to the leadership team. Drive A/B testing on campaigns to optimize performance.
- Leverage the product as a key growth driver to increase customer acquisition, optimize acquisition costs, improve web conversions, and expand monthly active users.
- Required experience in both high-touch and low-touch GTM products.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience of 8+ years in growth marketing demand generation, preferably in a tech startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Proven experience in scaling growth strategies in startups or hyper-growth environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Deep expertise in inbound and outbound marketing strategies, with a firm grasp of digital marketing best practices across the web, campaigns, testing, and analytics.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans with measurable goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- A proactive and creative mindset with a passion for driving results and challenging the status quo.
