We’re looking for a skilled IT Manager (4+ Years experience) to take full control of our IT environment.

Job Description and key responsibilities:

• You’ll manage our IT systems, ensure top-notch security, and provide outstanding support to our teams.
• Ensure network security. Compliance with ISO 27001.
• Handle software/hardware procurement and inventory.
• Manage the Google Workspace environment
• Manage the Company DNS domains and entries
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures are up-to-date.
• Manage IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices.
• Manage relationships with vendors, including negotiating contracts and procurement.
• Provide technical support and training to employees.

• At least 3-5 years experience as an IT manager.
• Proven IT experience in small to mid-sized organizations.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Great communication skills.
• Familiarity with Fortinet firewalls and network security.
• Familiarity with Mac OS, linux ubuntu.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MS, Azure, Fortinet).
