We are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the AdTech sector, a proven track record of financial leadership in private companies, and the ability to guide the company through its next phase of growth and scale.

Position Overview:

As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and overseeing all aspects of the finance function. This includes financial planning and analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, investor relations, and driving financial operations to support business growth. You will lead and manage the finance team, work closely with other senior leaders, and report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership
• Provide strategic direction and leadership in financial management, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the company’s business strategy and growth plans.
• Lead the finance team to align financial goals with business objectives, driving operational efficiencies and optimizing financial performance.
• Financial Operations & Reporting
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and opportunities.
• Maintain and ensure adherence to global accounting policies, standards, and regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively to support business goals.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making processes and guide the business in achieving financial targets.
• Investor Relations
• Lead efforts to manage investor relations and communicate financial performance, strategies, and projections to investors, stakeholders, and the Board of Directors.
• Play a key role in fundraising and capital raising activities as the company expands its footprint.
• Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing global finance team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Manage and assess potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, supporting due diligence and integration processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• CPA designation required; CFA or ACCA is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in finance roles within AdTech companies.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and reporting in a private, global company setting.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience leading a global finance team and managing cross-functional partnerships.
• Hands-on experience in fundraising, venture capital, and/or private equity transactions.
• Demonstrated ability to scale financial operations in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop talent within the finance team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• A strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions.
