We’re looking for an IT Specialist to oversee IT infrastructure, service delivery, SaaS environments, security, and key IT projects to support rapid growth.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

·      Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

·      Manage network administration, endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery.

·      Ensure compliance with security policies, access management, and identity governance.

·      Oversee tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.

·      Optimize SaaS security, user provisioning, and collaboration tools.

·      Maintain IT knowledge base and performance metrics.

·      Partner with security, engineering, and business teams to drive IT initiatives.

Here’s what we need from you

·      10+ years with hands-on experience in global, high-growth environments.

·      Expertise in SaaS IT infrastructures, security practices, and ITIL frameworks.

·      Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·      IT operations in cross-platform environments (MacOS, Windows, Linux).

·      ITSM tools, MDM solutions and identity platforms.

·      Network management and SaaS optimization.

·      AI-driven IT automation and security compliance (SOC2, ISO27001).

·      Preferred: IT certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM).
