Description

Nayax is looking for a highly strategic and creative Content Strategy Manager to join our Product Marketing and Education team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing content strategies that resonate across all customer journey stages—from awareness, lead generation, and nurturing, to activation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell phases. You will own the brand tone of voice, ensuring it aligns with Nayax’s Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and broader company vision, reflecting consistency across all communications.

This role will focus on content creation and serve as the gatekeeper for all content across departments, ensuring a unified message in line with Nayax’s strategic goals. Additionally, you will manage relationships with external vendors, overseeing traffic management to ensure smooth content operations.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that speaks to customers at every stage of their journey—from awareness to lead generation, lead to cash, order to activation, and finally through retention, upsell, and cross-sell. Ensure content supports customers as they grow beyond their initial engagement with Nayax, enhancing loyalty and long-term growth.
  • Define and maintain Nayax’s brand tone of voice, ensuring it reflects our GTM strategy and strategic vision. Ensure all content across marketing, sales, and customer communications adheres to the same tone, fostering consistency and clarity across all channels.  
  • Collaborate with not only the marketing team but also other departments such as sales, product, and customer success to produce relevant, high-quality content. Respond to requests for content creation from any internal or external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external content writers and vendors, overseeing content development and traffic management. Ensure the timely delivery of all content projects while maintaining the quality and consistency of messaging.  
  •  Work closely with **product marketing, sales, education**, and other teams to ensure content strategies align with business objectives and support various initiatives, from demand generation to customer success and partner communications. 
  • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of content. Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven improvements to optimize content across the customer lifecycle, ensuring it effectively drives awareness, engagement, activation, and long-term growth.  
  •  Serve as the gatekeeper for all Nayax content, ensuring brand tone and messaging consistency across departments and touchpoints. Maintain guidelines and best practices for Nayax’s tone of voice and style.



Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

  • Native English speaker, more languages – a big advantage
  • Proven experience in content strategy, marketing communications, or editorial roles with a focus on the customer journey.
  • Expertise in developing content for various customer journey stages (awareness, lead generation, nurturing, retention, upsell, cross-sell).
  • Strong understanding of the brand tone of voice and the ability to implement it consistently across all communication channels.
  • Experience managing external content writers or vendors and overseeing content traffic management.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and deliver unified messaging across the organization.
  • Excellent Copywriting, Writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gen AI know-how and a will to explore AI tools and onboard them into Nayax marketing platforms.
