What Will You Be Doing?
- Define and own the roadmap for the Syte B2B Platform and personalization offerings.
- Lead the lifecycle of Catalog Management and Self-Service products—from initial concept and PRD through UX, development, and analytics.
- Oversee cross-functional projects with development, ML Engineering, Data Science, and other teams.
- Collaborate with business, R&D, and customer teams to define product requirements and ensure successful end-to-end delivery.
- Establish and track key product KPIs, taking decisive action to drive business success.
- Use analytics, market research, and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making.
What Do You Need?
- 5+ years in product management for B2B platforms, ideally within eCommerce or retail.
- Independent and organized, with excellent communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in personalization and user journey (preferred).
- Proven track record of building and executing complex product roadmaps.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Strong User Experience orientation.
- Technically proficient—familiar with tools like Postman and able to set and track technical goals effectively.
- Experience with data exploration tools like Elasticsearch (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
