Product Manager Team Leader- Weezmo

Nayax is looking for a Product Manager Team Leader, for our growing business unit - Weezmo

Weezmo’s marketing insights platform enables retailers to gain full visibility of their customers’ journeys by connecting online activities and in-store purchasing data.

By using Weezmo’s solution, retailers can engage with their customers at the most opportune time, at every touchpoint - from digital channels (social media, websites, apps, or eCommerce) to physical stores (in-store and post-purchase through digital receipts.) These powerful engagement opportunities allow retailers to increase engagement and ROI.

**This is a temporary role for 8 months

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL: 

• Oversee and mentor a team of product managers, guiding product strategies, roadmaps, and professional development. 
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. 
• Partner with marketing teams to craft go-to-market strategies and with R&D to define technical requirements and prioritize initiatives. 
• Manage all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement. 
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge in the SaaS space. 
• Act as the central point of communication between stakeholders, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals and priorities. 
• Utilize analytics and customer feedback to inform decision-making and measure product success. 
• Oversee Agile processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH: 

• 4-5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead role. 
• A deep understanding of SaaS product development, subscription models, and customer engagement. 
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment. 
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategies with broader organizational goals. 
• Experience working closely with marketing teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies. 
• Familiarity with R&D processes and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements. 
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. 
• Hands-on experience with Agile practices and tools like Jira or Confluence.
