DealHub's award-winning Revenue Amplification Platform offers the most complete and connected revenue workflow for sales organizations. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team.
We are looking for a Marketing BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance, ensuring we meet KPIs, and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing data to measure performance, trends, and KPIs.
- Perform data manipulations, transformations, and visualizations to generate actionable insights.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance and improve decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business and marketing metrics.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, APIs, and BigQuery.
- Leverage the Data Warehouse to unify data streams, enabling comprehensive analysis and enhanced reporting capabilities.
- Automate data workflows and processes to improve efficiency.
- Support marketing teams in A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and customer insights.
- 3 years of experience as a Marketing BI Analyst.
- Strong expertise in SQL and ability to write complex queries.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with APIs for data extraction and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
- Experience working with Google BigQuery.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including building dashboards and data visualizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with HubSpot – a plus.
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis – a plus.
