We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with product managers, data engineers, and designers to drive insights, make data-driven decisions, and ultimately enhance our product for millions of users. You’ll leverage your analytical expertise to identify opportunities, optimize our product strategy, and guide decisions with robust data analysis.
How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
- Collaborate with the office of the CEO to understand business needs and provide hands-on analytical support.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business performance.
Here’s what we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker).
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience working with senior executives and providing direct support to C-suite members is highly desirable.
