Full Stack Team Leader

EasySend is a low-code provider of a platform for organizations to build SaaS-based customer-facing interactions, including web-based data collection experiences, document creation and management, and eSignature solutions.

We are seeking a skilled R&D Team Leader to lead one of our product teams. This team is responsible for the development, maintenance, quality and scalability of one of the company’s product offerings, end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development Team: Work closely with the product team, design and lead the team to improve and expand the product offering to meet business KPIs.
• Maintain High Software Engineering Standards: Ensure that our software engineering practices and architectural standards are at the highest level possible.
• Manage the entire software development lifecycle: from ideation to releasing to production, as well as application-level monitoring and improvements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. 
• 5+ years of experience as a developer with expertise in Node.js, Python, or equivalent languages, and some background working with React.js / another modern frontend framework.
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading development teams.
• Strong back-end development skills with a focus on architecture and software engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Passion for no-code and low-code solutions that empower non-developers.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges and drive scalable solutions.
• Experience with SaaS-based platforms and working with enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to pivot and adapt to changing market needs.
• Experience working in global, distributed environments or collaborating with external developers across different regions and cultures.
