Who We Are:
Vicarius is an Israeli-born cybersecurity startup backed by tier-1 investors from San Francisco and Tel Aviv. Currently operating out of NYC and Tel Aviv, Vicarius is set to solve the biggest challenge of all: security vulnerabilities. The Vicarius powered platform, vRx, is a simple and self-serve product that helps companies identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.
Role Description:
As the Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for shaping, executing, and developing Vicarius’s marketing operations, developing messaging and content, lead sales enablement initiatives and implement supporting software tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our target markets, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of success in B2B Enterprise software or SaaS marketing.
In this position you will:
Build marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
Lead the Vicarius marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
Oversee the development and implementation of regional marketing, content marketing, video, digital and demand generation, global conferences and events, and employer branding
Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, provide regular reports to the executive team, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve marketing performance.
Requirements:
Experience building marketing teams from the ground up, with a focus on B2B industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills, and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and an eye for detail.
Previous experience working directly with founders - an advantage
