Global Talent Acquisition Partner

As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our company.

This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in global recruitment, who can collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfil the staffing needs of various departments.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and engage with qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on US (GTM) hiring.
- Technical recruiting experience- advantage.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices in recruitment.
