We are looking for a Director of Product to head our product team and product development to ensure business impact by building outstanding products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, shape and execute a comprehensive long term product strategy aligned with the mission of Healthee.

• Develop and implement short term product strategies consistent with the company goals

• Lead, hire, mentor and manage a team of product managers

• Lead the team to accomplish product strategy, collaborate and coordinate with cross functional team and leaders

• Continuously review the business needs, define priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks

• Master the product and lead the requirements through full life cycle, from ideation to development and launch

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, users, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.

• Define the product measurement strategy to understand impact on user and on the business goals

• Maintain a strong feedback loop with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and Work cross-team to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality products.
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and mentorship skills

• 4+ years of direct management of product managers

• 7+ years of product management experience in a tech company

• Proven track record launching both b2b and consumer products with mobile emphasis
