Description
Growthspace is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chief Product officer to join the leadership team.
As the Chief Product Officer, you will report directly to the CEO and be a part of our global and talented executive team. You will own the product vision and will be responsible for the company’s entire product strategy, high-level roadmap across platform products and solutions.
Product Managers at Growthspace lead all aspects of their product, and drive cross-functional teams that cover all product aspects. The PM owns the product backlog, UX, feature definition and continuously strives to improve KPIs. As the product executive, you will need to aspire, inspire and lead the teams for success. Seek innovative ideas, build teams to test these ideas and later introduce them to our audience.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring timely and successful delivery of high-quality products.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business impact.
Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure cohesive product development and launch processes.
Drive a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring that user feedback is integral to the product development cycle.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures.
Ensure that the product development process is efficient, scalable, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 5 years as VP Product in a SaaS, B2B company.
Led a product function in a B2B SaaS startup from sub $10M ARR to $50M+ with a proven track record of managing successful SaaS products from conception to launch.
Extensive experience with consumer-facing and content services, particularly with US enterprise customers.
Extensive experience in developing product strategy, delivering innovative solutions and executing through multiple phases of testing and launching.
Experience working on data-rich products, with a focus on analytics and leveraging data to drive global business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at both the strategic and functional level.
Proven know-how in defining and optimizing the user experience.
Experience in a start-up environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills.
Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders with excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to present to senior-level executives.
Passionate about technology and innovation, with a customer-first mindset.
Previous experience in HR Tech - an advantage.
BA or equivalent is required; M.A / MBA, in advanced degree preferred.
