We’re looking for an experienced L&D Manager to join our OD & Culture team as a replacement for Maternity leave (6 months). You will make an impact through design and creation of the infrastructure for our growth. You will be part of this creative and strategic team, and co-create constantly with HR team members, leaders and ICs across all org.
How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales
- Identify and analyze knowledge and learning gaps and drive impactful and engaging solutions, taking into consideration both long term vision and current needs, and balance between the two wisely.
- Implement and improve strategic learning processes and systems that support our growth (LMS, learning plans, courses, e-learning, leadership development, etc).
- Manage learning domain E2E - budget, vendors, etc.
- Co-create, lead and facilitate customized teams’ learning processes to large scale transformations, in collaboration with different stakeholders - HR and others - to improve the professionalism of Lushians and Lusha as a whole.
- Build strong relationships and trust with partners.
- Be an active member in other OD & Culture initiatives.
- Monitor and continuously improve programs to enhance impact and value.

Here’s what we need from you
- 5+ years of Learning & Development experience in a global company
- Proficiency in: LMS and learning tech, Agile methodology, progressive adult learning theory and practice, Change and transformation processes, current OD frameworks such as: collaborative leadership, dialogic OD etc.
- Project management and execution skills
- Product Management/Design Thinking knowledge - an advantage
- Great empathy and listening abilities
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English
- Great interpersonal skills, influence and harnessing capabilities
