If so, we want to talk to you. As Head of Growth & Demand Generation, you will lead Cyberbit’s growth strategy, driving pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize marketing funnels, and collaborate closely with sales to ensure predictable business growth. Your work will be instrumental in establishing Cyberbit as the market leader in cybersecurity skill development and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute high-impact demand generation initiatives that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.
- Optimize the Marketing Funnel: Implement and continuously refine campaigns that maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Develop and Execute ABM Programs: Work closely with sales to create targeted account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value prospects.
- Leverage Data & Analytics: Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing spend to maximize ROI.
- Create and Scale Impactful Events: Manage virtual events, cybersecurity training workshops, and competitions that engage and educate our audience.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, develop, and manage a team of demand generation and growth marketing experts (in-house, freelancers, or agencies).
- Support Regional and Partner Marketing: Collaborate with global sales and partner teams to run localized demand generation initiatives and partner-driven marketing activities.
- Innovate and Experiment: Continuously test new marketing tactics, creative event formats, and customer engagement strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- 8+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in digital marketing, automation, and CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to optimizing marketing performance.
- Strong collaboration skills, working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive aligned business outcomes.
- A passion for cybersecurity and technology, with a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an engaging and compelling way.
- Experience in event marketing and ABM programs that create high-value engagement and conversion opportunities.
- A results-oriented, hands-on mindset, ready to execute and scale demand generation efforts at a high-growth company.
