As a Business Development Manager at Tailor Brands, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with strategic partners, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping our offerings based on market trends. Key Responsibilities

  • Play a vital role in establishing and maintaining ongoing relationships with vendors and strategic partners, ensuring the continuing growth, and maximizing these relationships to drive mutual success and achieve our business goals. 
  • Partner Meetings and Communication: Schedule regular meetings and sync-ups with partners to discuss updates, address concerns, and align on strategic objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and trends within the market or industry that can benefit both sides. Collaborate with partners to explore and pursue these opportunities.
  • Continuously assess and enhance our product or service offerings based on partner feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis. Work closely with internal teams to implement necessary improvements.
  • Conduct regular competitive landscape analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Based on this information, we develop strategies and initiatives to differentiate our offerings and enhance our competitive position.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • At least 2 years experience in partnership positions, preferably from SaaS companies.
  • Strong commercial acumen, and ability to effectively negotiate terms and agreements.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities to leverage partnerships for business growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue management. 
  • Familiarity with conducting competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies for differentiation.

Great Advantage if you have:

  • Proficient at building and analyzing Excel models
  • Native English Speaker
