IT Engineer

Zero Networks, an innovative network security solutions provider, is at an exciting time in its history and is growing fast! We are looking for a highly skilled and versatile IT Engineer   to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the IT strategy and will manage the IT day-to-day needs across the company. As part of your role, you will also collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to continuously develop, implement, and maintain our IT technology and security programs.

• Own the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, on Windows and macOS devices. 
• Administering and troubleshooting SaaS services (Microsoft365, Google Workspace, MDM, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.) 
• Implement new technologies. 
• Supporting remote employees globally 
• Conduct employees Onboarding and Offboarding. 
• Manage IT equipment and stock. 
• Create and maintain detailed users and IT documentation. 

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Engineer, or in a similar role, with a proven track record of practical problem-solving. 
• Experience working with MDMs, Identity Providers (Intune, JAMF / Entra ID, Okta). 
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of 'Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace' platforms. 
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS and Windows devices. 
• Hands-on experience with IaaS platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure. 
• Hands-on experience with network administration, including firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure. 
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills. 
• Well-organized with close attention to details. 
• Willing to grow, develop and learn independently
