Description

The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for creating an outstanding onboarding experience for new business clients. This role ensures that new clients are smoothly integrated into the company's ecosystem by effectively communicating product knowledge, facilitating seamless collaboration with internal departments, and proactively addressing client needs during the initial stages of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for new client onboarding, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and engaging introduction to the company's products and services.
  • Conduct detailed product training sessions and onboarding tutorials to ensure clients thoroughly understand product capabilities and interfaces.
  • Act as a liaison between new clients and internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Technical Support, Finance) to streamline client integration.
  • Proactively identify and address client questions and potential issues, ensuring satisfaction and optimal product utilization.
  • Track onboarding progress, provide regular updates, and maintain comprehensive documentation for ongoing improvement and future reference.
Requirements
  • Native-level Hebrew speaker with strong English proficiency (additional languages an advantage).
  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing onboarding or account management role, preferably with B2B clients.
  • High technological proficiency; familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product information.
  • Highly service-oriented, patient, and empathetic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Work Schedule: Full-time, shift-based position from Sunday to Friday (rotational Fridays), serving both local and international clients.
