The CRM Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and analyzing the Gett’s CRM strategy & ongoing activity.
As the owner of the users’ lifecycle, the CRM Manager will build and maintain a combination of automated and ad-hoc messaging, including but not limited to conversion efforts, cross activity, retention boosts, monetization initiatives, churn-avoiding reach-outs and users reactivation.
Reporting to the IL Chief Marketing Officer, the ideal candidate is a B2C CRM expert, who can demonstrate outstanding ability of working within a KPIs driven environment, using efficiently both monetary and non-monetary tools and overcoming technical challenges .
This role is part of the IL marketing unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own B2C users' lifecycles from Registration → Conversion → 2nd month retention onwards…
- Develop a CRM Machine that highlights our products and services via various communication channels
- Full ownership over Gett IL’s CRM platform usage including both Supply and Demand sides, ensuring deliverability, open, click and unsubscribes rates are kept at satisfying levels
- Responsibility for various demand KPIs, including but not limited to: Users #, Orders #, Rides #, retention KPIs and more.
- Hands-on execution of the monthly marketing calendars for existing users-base, including communication channels activation, canvas building, campaigns execution and results monitoring
- Constant monitoring of coupons usage, ensuring budget is kept and ROI is positive
- Ensure consistent and engaging communication flows throughout the customer journey. Plan, document and execute all phases of the user lifecycle, monitor business performance and optimize accordingly.
- Lead an effective B2C marketing machine in order to support growth, collaborate with Supply trends and initiate localization efforts to keep and grow our local expansion trends.
- Act as a focal point for various stakeholders regarding historic data, legal aspects, unsubscribes and promotions subscriptions matters
- Work closely with the product teams at Gett, making sure our users and local App enjoy the most innovative developments, messaged to them in the ideal manner.
- Assisting all lines of business with platforms usage which are under your domain - CRM platform (Braze), pop-up generator, coupons service and more
- 3+ years of CRM marketing experience as a CRM manager or Specialist / Lifecycle Manager / specialist or Retention manager/ specialist within a fast-paced B2C environment - Must
- 3+ years of Experience working hands-on with a global CRM tool (Braze, Optimove, etc.) - Must
- Specific experience working with Braze - Strong advantage
- Technical Advantages - CRM platforms, HTML, SQL
- Familiarity with email marketing, automation, and segmentation.
- Strong knowledge of users lifecycles’ principles including but not limited to conversion, early-life, retention, cross, re-activation and optimization funnels
- Good technical orientation and experience working with various systems simultaneously
- High level of attention to details - used to working practices which minimizes room for errors
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate, resulted in meeting and exceeding business goals as defined by the management.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew- spoken/written
- Ability to build relationships across organizations and handle alternative viewpoints
- Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and interfacing with all stakeholders at all seniority levels
- Highly creative with ability to think out of box
- BS/MS degree in business / economics / marketing or a related field
