We have built a product that enables the integration of multiple ground transportation providers on a single platform and that integrates with the back office systems of our corporate clients to provide a seamless travel experience to business travelers, while at the same time increasing transparency and control over ground transportation spend. Gett Together is Gett’s commute Saas and operational service.

Core mission:
To provide high-quality customer support to Gett Together clients by effectively resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with business customers to understand their needs, resolve inquiries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience via email, phone, and Zoom meetings.
- Examining and verifying pricing details to ensure accuracy.
- Providing ongoing support, Managing and resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments within the company to address customer needs and streamline processes.
- Responding and ongoing management of the drivers who provide service.
- Shift operation with several systems at the same time
- Operating our SAAS platforms
- Real-time problem solving
- Update reports
This is replacement position for 6-8 months
Requirements- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment- Must.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Proficiency in computer applications (An advantage - Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce, SAP)
- Good knowledge of Excel (SUM ,COUNT ,VLOOKUP, Pivot)
- Dealing with stressful situations and multitasking
- Control of office systems
- Creative thinking outside the box regarding ongoing operation situations
- Proficiency in maps, route planning, and understanding traffic routes, and their planning. An advantage
