Coralogix is looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader to join our growing TA team.
This role demands a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager who not only brings substantial recruitment expertise but also thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and empower a dynamic recruitment team to achieve unparalleled success.
- Craft and sustain an annual recruiting and sourcing global strategy that reflects industry best practices and innovation.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating closely with senior management and hiring managers.
- Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality hires, fostering a dynamic and effective recruitment ecosystem.
- Shape and cultivate exceptional standards for delivering an optimal candidate experience while driving key performance indicators to new heights.
- Elevate our recruitment channels, overseeing agencies, social platforms, friend referrals and more.
- Over 2 years of successful experience managing high-performing recruitment teams within rapidly expanding organizations.
- Minimum of 6 years in full-cycle recruiting, with a specialized focus on sourcing for Technical roles and a proven track record in global recruiting,
- Prior involvement in SaaS startup environments, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of startup recruitment.
- Skillful in building and maintaining strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
- A true team player with a 'can-do' attitude, hands-on approach, and exceptional assessment skills.
- Possesses a creative attitude, adept at multitasking, comfortable with change management, and capable of adapting to the evolving needs of a growing company.
- Excellent proficiency in both written and verbal English and Hebrew.
