Product Designer – TeamUp

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and highly professional Product Designer to join AT&T’s Israel UX Team for one of our leading products.

You will be translating complex requirements into easy and intuitive designs.

You'll be working in an empowering environment, in a positive, professional, and inspiring atmosphere.

We work in hybrid mode.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership of End to End Design process (UX&UI) - starting with discovery and requirements, to detailed design and visual QA
• Create high-level concepts for new ideas and features
• Create detailed designs & prototypes to deliver ideas to development teams and product managers.
• Work closely with product owners and development teams to provide best experience for our users
• Experience in UX Research & usability testing

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing complex & large-scale B2B/B2D applications.
• Ability to work hand-in-hand with Product Managers & development teams.
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written English)
• Proficiency in Figma and component libraries.
• Experience as a Product Designer in an Agile-oriented development environment
• Pixel perfect approach
• Being able to work in dynamic startup like environment
• You should be a team player being able to collaborate with other product designer
